Cox Arboretum was the near the middle point between Cincinnati and Bluffton, Indiana where these two lovers met and fell in love. It was just the icing on the cake that it also happened to be completely gorgeous in every direction! Sarah and Calvin are adorable, and all I could think the whole session was how selflessly they love each other.
Wait for the one who will wear a suit coat for BOTH of his outfits on your 93 degree engagement session. Who will take one of his few days home from an out of town internship to drive you two hours away to get to a gorgeous arboretum. Who will stick it out through a long distance relationship. Who will help you climb rocks and walk through tall weeds in your killer heels.
These two high school sweethearts met their freshman year, and the rest is history! Honestly, we haven’t stopped talking about how perfect they are together since we took their pictures last week. They didn’t stop laughing one single minute of their session, and I dare ANYONE to look at their pictures and try not smile. It’s easy for any stranger to SEE their love in the way he looks at her or the sweet way her nose crinkles up as she laughs at her man.
Sarah and Calvin, it’s always a huge honor to be trusted with capturing once-in-a-lifetime moments for our couples, but it’s an extra big deal when other photographers choose us.
