Well, y’all. This one was a first… Their sweet baby loved Chris more than Kortni, and her heart is still recovering… And he is still GLOATING! 😉 Seriously though, Ellie is the sweetest thing, and even though it’s hard being a baby at a wedding, she just absolutely lit up surrounded by her favorite people all day. Friends and family came from all over the country to celebrate with Candice and Kyle, and we got the most gorgeous Michigan day to celebrate their marriage. We have never seen a lake that looked so much like an ocean… the water was such a clean, beautiful blue green color and they had the most perfect breeze. But even better than the perfect setting and the precious baby (if you can believe it) was their love. While Kyle stood there waiting to see his bride for the first time, he shared how important it was to him that the day was special for Candice. When they first met (on a blind date set up by their friends!), Kyle’s jaw hit the floor. Years and years (and a sweet baby) later, I can only imagine it was nothing compared to the way he looks at her today.

Candice and Kyle, thank you so much for including us in your wedding. We feel blessed to have been able to celebrate with you both as you start what is sure to be a life full of baby giggles and precious time together. CONGRATULATIONS!
