We had never visited Glenwood Gardens before, but it’s just down the road from David’s childhood home so we had to check it out! It was so perfect to be able to capture engagement pictures for these two in the same spot they have taken countless walks together over the years. Also, it was SUPER convenient for Lanaya to be able to run back over there when we realized her second outfit was still at David’s parents’ house mid-session. 😉
In all seriousness, these two college sweethearts are absolutely perfect together. They are big Skyline Chili lovers (Chris was totally feeling the Skyline connection with these two), so we decided to start their session with a fun little Skyline date! When David suggested they do the “Lady and the Tramp” with one of the noodles… you guys, I love them. It was so much fun to do something totally different and include something so completely Cincinnati in their engagement pictures. Also, I’m super jealous of how well Lanaya can pull off this adorable hat!
Lanaya and David, I had so much fun exploring Glenwood Gardens with you! (Still can’t get over that killer little patch of rocks we found with your dress flowing in the wind!) You guys were up for anything, and it made this session so much fun! I know your Manor House wedding will be GORGEOUS this spring, but your marriage is going to be even more beautiful. You compliment each other so perfectly, and it’s immediately obvious how comfortable you are together. We could not be more excited for you two!
Did you love this Glenwood Gardens engagement session? You’ll love Ashley and Anthony’s garden session at one of Cincinnati’s most beautiful parks – Ault Park.
